The Fondo de la Vivienda del Issste (Fovissste) allocated 6,340 million pesos for housing, while Pemex, the Comisión Federal de Electricidad, and the Instituto de Seguridad Social para las Fuerzas Armadas Mexicanas added 1,229.23 million pesos, according to a report by La Jornada.

Octavio Romero Oropeza, in his 2024 financial declaration made public upon leaving Pemex, reported a salary of 3.2 million pesos and business income of 846,828 pesos, according to a report by El Universal.
